You get a text and email with a short questionnaire. About ten minutes. Goes straight to our team, stays internal.

We review your background and reach out to get acquainted — where you're at, what you're looking for, what the seats pay.

If it's a fit on both sides, you take a Sales DNA assessment (about sixty minutes) so we only place you where you'll actually fit.

Only if you decide to move forward do we check references. That's the point — the only point — where the process goes public, because by then you've chosen it.
